AT Text for Systemair – fire dampers FDR

Maintenance-free round fire dampers FDR from DN 100 to 1000 mm; available in 21 sizes; constructed from galvanized sheet steel; suitable for mounting on round ventilation ducts.

The housing is constructed from galvanized sheet steel. The butterfly disc is composed of abrasion-resistant, asbestos-free calcium silicate. It includes a rubber seal and an intumescent seal that expands in the event of a fire. Fire rated for up to 120 minutes.

Suitable for dry and wet installations in solid walls and ceilings, lightweight walls, as well as in firewalls. Also compatible with surface-mounted horizontal installations featuring both horizontal and vertical butterfly disc axes. Also suitable for on-site Armaflex insulation.

 Complies with the European product standard EN 15650.

 All round fire dampers are standardly DIN EN 1751-rated at air-tightness class 3/C (for damper/housing).

 Face-to-face dimension 450 mm up to DN 630, and 500 mm from DN 710

 With assembly aid for fixing the fire damper during installation

 Damper blade 20 mm, resulting in excellent physical and acoustic properties.

The actuator consists of either:– a mechanical control unit featuring a 72° fusible link, with or without an end switch.

– An electric spring-return motor of either 24 V or 230 V. This motor comes with integrated runtime monitoring and a thermoelectric tipping mechanism.c

– Optionally also available with bus module.
